Yes, the foundational basics are included. We ensure your site is structured correctly for Google to read it. However, we cannot guarantee specific ranking results based solely on the initial build. For optimal performance and to aggressively climb the rankings, we strongly encourage purchasing one of our SEO Add-On Packages.

Yes. We cannot build a palace without bricks. We generally encourage clients to write their own copy because nobody knows your business like you do. However, we are here to help you get started. We will provide you a roadmap (our client success guide) that provide structural workbook, and can help finalize/polish the details if you get stuck. But you need to bring the raw materials to the table.

We build exclusively on WordPress, utilizing advanced premium frameworks and custom development tools. This gives you the perfect balance of a completely custom, high-performance site that is also scalable. We don't do Wix, Squarespace, or generic theme templates.

We move fast. For a VIP Week, our goal is to have you "Launch Ready" by Friday.

The Disclaimer: While we hit the "publish" button on our end, we cannot control external factors of the interwebs' workings... DNS propagation and server migration can sometimes take up to 48 hours, Domain transfers can take 10-14 weeks in rare cases. We do our best to get ahead of these things from the very beginning to eliminate any lag time. So while the site is ready to go, we can't guarantee it will be live to the world the second we hit publish on the backend. We of course will always communicate if there are unforeseen delays out of our control.

Yes. To ensure the speed, security, and integrity of our builds, all CHB websites are required to be hosted on our private BadgerByte servers. We refuse to let your digital empire crumble because of cheap, shared hosting.

Yes—but with guardrails. Once the project is paid in full and we've completed your hand-off tutorial, we grant you access.

Note: For security reasons, we may suggest or grant limited access levels based on your technical comfort. This isn't about control; it's about protecting you from the unintentional "oops" that breaks the site. (It happens to the best of us). Remember - while it always is exciting to be in the driver seat of your site, there are many factors involved... this is why we exclusively offer our fully managed hosting & care plans, to take that load off your plate.... so really you shouldn't *need* access, but you're welcome to it under the proper hand-off.

We can help you set up the roadmap—whether that's a static page or a dynamic Termageddon integration—but CHB is NOT liable for your policies. We are developers, not lawyers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, ADA compliance, and Cookie statements are up to date and legal for your jurisdiction.

VIP Intensives: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. The remaining 50% is due 48hrs prior to the start of your VIP Day/Week.

Custom Builds: A 50% deposit is required to start, with the full remaining balance due prior to launch.

Complex/Large Projects: We can discuss milestone-based payment plans upon request.

Because we block off exclusive time for you, all deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We offer one (1) reschedule opportunity. We understand life happens... but if you need to move dates a second time, any payments made will be forfeited and we will have to put you back into the rotation of next available scheduling, which may be weeks out depending on our availability.

Cancellations: If you terminate the project, you are responsible for all charges/work incurred up to that date. Any funds allocated to completed work are considered earned and non-refundable.
